Based on the product concept or real samples provided by customer, we can turn the product concept into reality and also make the prototype / model part for our customers.
◆We pay special attention to the early development and design phase of any product, which is a key element of success. Our designers make flow analysis with CAE software, visually simulate the dynamic fill and cooling process of actual melting, quantificationally give state parameters, filling status etc. in the molding course, confirm reasonable gate and runner, forecast the required injection pressure and clamping force, and find out the possible defects to set scientific foundation for reasonable mould design. The application of CAE technology makes mould manufacturing shortened, cost reduced and quality improved.
